1. OWNERSHIP OF EQUIPMENT — The solar energy system remains the sole property of LeoneGen until all payments have been paid in full. The Customer has no right to sell, transfer, pledge, or dispose of the equipment during the repayment period.
2. PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS — The Customer agrees to pay the monthly instalment on or before the 1st day of each month. Payment shall be made via mobile money or bank transfer. The Customer must retain proof of payment for every transaction.
3. LATE PAYMENT PENALTY — If the Customer fails to make payment by the due date, a penalty of 5% of the monthly instalment shall be charged for every month the payment remains outstanding.
4. DEFAULT AND REPOSSESSION — If the Customer misses two consecutive monthly payments, LeoneGen shall issue a written warning. If payment is not made within 14 days of the warning, LeoneGen reserves the right to repossess the equipment. No refund of deposit or instalments already paid shall be made in the event of repossession due to default.
5. GUARANTOR LIABILITY — The Guarantor is jointly and severally liable for all payments. If the Customer defaults, LeoneGen may demand full payment directly from the Guarantor.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES — The Customer shall maintain equipment in good condition, not tamper with or relocate it without written consent, notify LeoneGen of any damage or theft, and allow LeoneGen representatives to inspect the equipment upon request.
7. RELOCATION OF EQUIPMENT — The Customer must obtain written permission from LeoneGen before relocating the equipment. Unauthorized relocation is a breach of this agreement and may result in immediate repossession.
8. DAMAGE AND LOSS — The Customer is responsible for safekeeping of the equipment from the date of installation. Damage caused by misuse or negligence shall be the financial responsibility of the Customer.
9. EARLY SETTLEMENT — The Customer may settle the outstanding balance at any time without penalty. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the Customer and LeoneGen shall issue a Certificate of Full Payment.
10. WARRANTY — All batteries carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty under standard usage. LeoneGen will assist with warranty claims. This does not cover damage from misuse or unauthorized modification.
11. GOVERNING LAW — This agreement is governed by the laws of Sierra Leone. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to the courts of Sierra Leone.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT — No amendment shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

Part F — Payment Schedule

Note: Use 12 rows for Plan A or 18 rows for Plan B. Upon completion of all payments a Certificate of Full Payment and Transfer of Ownership will be issued.
